Purpose of the training 

Provide participants with useful information on information overload and suggestions aimed at reducing the stress caused by the excessive information with which we come into contact every day.

Certificate of Attendance
Each participant will receive, upon successfully completing a test, a certificate valid throughout the entire national territory, in accordance with the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011. The documentation, certificate, and training booklet will be available for download directly from the platform, by each user, upon conclusion of the course.  

n.b. As required by annex II of the State-Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016, AiFOS has provided a project sheet available in the info and contacts section of the home page of each course.
