Chrome, Chromium, Opera and its derivatives Blink/Webkit, Firefox: given that it is subject to automatic updates (rolling release), our platform supports versions that are no older than approximately 18 months. For proper support, without exception, it is recommended to leave the browser set to automatic updates.
Firefox ESR and other browsers with extended support: all old versions and sub-versions that are no longer maintained by their respective developers are automatically deprecated from our platform. When these browsers no longer receive updates (bugfixes and/or security fixes) they are no longer supported by our platform either. It is therefore recommended to keep them updated in accordance with the end-of-life (EOL) product tables.
Apple Safari, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, native browsers on Android and iOS: the supported versions and sub-versions follow the cycles of the respective operating systems in which they are released. When official support (bugfixes, security fixes) expires, the same versions of the browsers are no longer supported by our platform either. It is therefore recommended to keep them updated in accordance with the end-of-life (EOL) product tables.

If there is a company firewall on the PC, it is necessary to ensure that it does not hinder proper dialogue between the UDs and the platform, creating a specific rule if necessary.

AiFOS recommends keeping operating systems always updated to the most recent version.
